Directions
Our clinic is located on the second floor of a dark brown wood-paneled building on the southwest corner of NE 49th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard.
From I-84 33rd Avenue Exit (heading east): Get into the right exit lane and make a right turn onto 33rd Avenue (heading south). The first light is Sandy Boulevard; make a sharp left turn (heading northeast). Take Sandy Boulevard to 49th Avenue. Parking is available in front of the building on Sandy Boulevard or in the parking lot directly behind the building on NE 49th Avenue (make a right turn, heading south, onto NE 49th Avenue).
From I-84 39th Avenue Exit (heading east): Get into the middle exit lane and make a left turn onto 39th Avenue (heading north). The first light is Sandy Boulevard; make a right turn (heading northeast). Take Sandy Boulevard to 49th Avenue. Parking is available in front of the building on Sandy Boulevard or in the parking lot directly behind the building on NE 49th Avenue (make a right turn, heading south, onto NE 49th Avenue).
From I-84 43rd Avenue Exit (heading west): Get into the right exit lane and make a right turn onto Halsey Avenue (heading east). Take Halsey Avenue to NE 49th Avenue (two intersections beyond the 47th Avenue light). Make a left turn onto 49th Avenue (heading north). Go about 3.5 blocks. Right before the intersection of 49th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard you will see the clinic parking lot on the left side.
